Last year, Sebastian Tan brought the house down with his Engrish speaking, Hokkien singing Broadway Beng® and you laughed until Lao Jio (leaky bladder). So, because we love to hear you laughing… we bring him BAAAACCK! Your Broadway Beng returns to stage with a brand new show. This time even more Tok Kong (prestigious) than before.

This year he goes to the Drama Centre, got 4 piece Ge Tai band, 40 square metre stage, 4 000 light bulbs and 40 000 minutes of rehearsal. Don’t see this talk cock king no up! This year, he will prepare you for social change. How to integrate with your integrated resort? Let the Broadway Beng show you. After all, who has the years of experience in all things gambling – and we don’t just mean the Chinese New Year kind hor. This “Ai Pia Jia Eh Yah” (must fight then can win) Choe Ah Beng (smelly Chinese boy) wants to tell you something: “Life is a gamble and you always have to bet BIG! Then after the BIG betting, you close your eyes tight tight, sing a Broadway song, maybe from Less Miserables, and pray to Ti Kong (Heavenly Father)…say “Plureeez Ti Kong don’t let me lose until Tng Kor (take off trousers)! But if in case I lose, let me have clean underwear!”

What’s more? This year, the Broadway Beng will still have his very very talented, very very good hearted, somewhat pretty Chio Buus! (Denise Tan “Little Shop of Horrors”, Jacky Pereira “Forbidden City” and Leigh MacDonald “Forbidden City”) Watch out hor…these Chio Buus will bat their eye lashes, sing their good-hearted hearts out and stiletto high kick you until you Song Song Ki Jurong (happy happy go Jurong)! Of his smashing UK experience, Sebastian quips “I learnt a lot about how the English don’t know to ‘lim teh’ or ‘lim jiu’ or talk properly to ‘lim peh’!” He just loves to be back home. Back to his roots as a born-and-bred-in-Redhill, Chow Ah Beng! and he is dying to tell us all about it.

Before he left for the UK, Sebastian “…brought down the house…” (Straits Times) in KaraUok! Well, expect no less this time round.
